By using or registering on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and fully agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to any clause, please cease using the service.

2.1 Create an account

• • You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and any activity that takes place under your account.

• • Creating more than one account for the same person is prohibited.

  • After the trial ends, a subscription is required to continue using the service.

  • Updates and new features

     

  • Technical support via email

3.3 Renewal and Cancellation

• • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period.

     

  • Automatic renewal can be canceled at any time from the control panel.

     

  • There are no partial refunds for payments made after the start of a new period.

     

  • Upon cancellation, the service remains available until the end of the paid period.

3.4 Price Changes

Followra reserves the right to modify prices with 30 days’ notice to subscribers via email.

Fourth: Acceptable Use

4.1 Allowed:

• • Use the platform to manage patient appointments, medical sessions, and therapy sessions.

     

  • Upload patient files and treatment plans.

     

  • Use AI chatbots to answer patient inquiries and book appointments.

     

  • Customize account and profile settings.

4.2 Strictly prohibited:

• • Impersonating a doctor or specialist

     

  • Uploading misleading or false content about the services offered

     

  • Using the platform for non-medical or non-therapeutic purposes

     

  • Sharing account data with unauthorized parties

     

  • Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform

     

  • Reselling or accessing the service to a third party

Fifth: Content and Data

5.1 Data Ownership

All patient data and medical records you upload to the platform are your property. Followra does not own this data and does not use it for commercial purposes.

5.2 Content Responsibility

You are fully responsible for the accuracy of the medical data, obtaining patient consent for data entry, and complying with health data protection laws in your country.

5.3 Backup

Followra performs regular backups, but we recommend exporting your data regularly as an additional precaution.

Sixth: AI Chatbot Responsibility

• • The AI ​​chatbot is for appointment scheduling and organizational responses only.

     

  • The chatbot is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

     

  • Followra is not responsible for any medical decisions based on chatbot responses.

     

  • You are responsible for reviewing and monitoring chatbot conversations with your patients.

Seventh: Disclaimer

• • Followra is a management platform and not a medical service provider.

     

  • We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform.

     

  • We do not guarantee 100% continuous service availability, but we strive for 99.5% uptime.

     

  • In the event of documented technical malfunctions exceeding 48 hours, the subscriber is entitled to request compensation in the form of a subscription extension.

Eighth: Termination of service

8.1 By the Subscriber

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the control panel. Your data will remain available for export for 30 days after cancellation.

8.2 By Followra

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in cases of: violation of these terms, non-payment of subscription fees, or use of the platform in a harmful or illegal manner.

Ninth: Amending the terms

Followra reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified 14 days in advance of any material change. Your continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Tenth: The applicable law

These terms and conditions are subject to the platform’s operating rules, and in case of disputes, the two parties shall first attempt to reach an amicable solution via info@followra.com.
